Account and registration

To reset your jinx password, visit the member login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a password-reset link to that email—check your inbox and spam folder. Click the link in the email, which will take you to a secure form where you can create a new password. Your new password must be at least eight characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol for security.

If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, contact our support team. Do not share your password reset link with anyone, and do not respond to emails claiming to be from jinx asking for your password directly—we will never request your password via email.

During account creation on jinx, you provide a username, email address, password, mobile number, and confirm you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After registration, you must complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification: upload a photo of your identity document (such as a national ID card), provide your date of birth, and confirm your residential address. This process helps us comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and prevent fraud.

KYC verification typically completes within a few hours. You will receive email confirmation once your identity is verified. Until verification is complete, you may not deposit funds or place wagers. We treat all identity information as confidential and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.

Payments and transactions

To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, log into your jinx account, navigate to the Cashier section, and select your chosen payment method. Enter the deposit amount, review the details, and click Confirm. You will be redirected to the payment provider's app or website. Complete authentication (PIN, biometric, or one-time code) on their platform. Once confirmed, the funds transfer to your jinx account—typically within one to three minutes. We do not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals made through jinx. However, your payment provider—such as online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your bank (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking)—may apply their own fees. These fees are determined by your payment provider, not by us. Before confirming a transaction, your payment app will show any applicable fees clearly.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact your payment provider first. If you need clarification on whether a transaction fee was applied by jinx or your bank, our support team can provide a transaction record showing exactly what happened on our platform.

Games and loyalty

Demo mode is available for selected slot games on jinx—such as Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways—so you can try the game flow and features without depositing real money. To access demo mode, navigate to a game page and select the Play Demo button. You will receive a virtual balance for practice.

Demo mode does not contribute to your loyalty tier, does not earn cashback, and does not qualify for promotional offers. It is a learning tool only. Once you are familiar with the game, you can return to your main account and wager with real funds if you choose.

Live-dealer tables and football betting (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League) require a real account and real funds; demo mode is not available for those. Esports markets on jinx also require a verified account with deposited funds.

Account security and support

Your jinx account includes several security and control features. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings—this requires a second verification step (such as a code from an authenticator app) when you log in, significantly improving security. You can update your password at any time, review your recent login history, and view all transactions.

You can also review and manage which email addresses and phone numbers are linked to your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, log in, change your password immediately, and contact our support team with details.

We do not offer features like account suspension, withdrawal limits, or deposit caps through self-service settings. If you need to restrict your account access or suspend your account for any reason, contact our support team—they can assist with those requests.
